Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your HBPLAY+ account and associated data at any time.

In the app

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm.

Or request it here

What happens

• Your profile, watch history and preferences are deleted within 30 days.
• Some records may be kept where the law requires (for example security or purchase records).
• Deletion cannot be undone.
