HBPLAY+Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AWOBAZ DTS INC collects, uses and protects information when you use the HBPLAY+ app and the website hbplay.tv (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address and password (stored securely) if you create an account.
- Usage information: what you watch or listen to, playback events, and features you use.
- Device information: device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address, and crash logs.
- Notifications: a push token, if you allow notifications.
- Support messages: what you send when you contact us.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve streaming and playback.
- To personalize recommendations and send notifications you request.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and fix bugs.
- To respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, video delivery, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications), with our content partner Haiti Broadcasting Network where needed to deliver content, when required by law, or in a business transfer.
4. Retention
We keep information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. You can request deletion at any time (see Delete Account).
5. Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or delete your information, turn off notifications in your device settings, and contact us to opt out of certain processing. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights. Email privacy@hbplay.tv.
6. Children
HBPLAY+ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method is 100% secure.
8. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
