HBPLAY+Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of HBPLAY+ and hbplay.tv, provided by AWOBAZ DTS INC. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must be at least 13 years old, and have a parent or guardian's permission if you are under the age of majority where you live.
2. Accounts
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Content
Programs, channels and radio are owned by us or our licensors, including Haiti Broadcasting Network. You may not copy, record, redistribute, rebroadcast, or circumvent protections on content.
4. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting the Service.
- No unlawful use or attempts to access others' accounts.
- No sharing of access in ways that violate these Terms.
5. Availability
Some content may be limited by region or rights. Streaming uses data; carrier charges may apply. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
If paid features are offered, pricing and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Purchases through Apple or Google are handled under their terms and refund policies.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, AWOBAZ DTS INC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
